Matthias's passion for brewing started off with his brewmaster father. From the authentic old school German olympus of brewing at Weihenstephan University to modern North American experience of malt and craft flavours, Matthias' datahead of knowledge is relevant and practical to the concern at hand, from seed to glass. With an appreciation for creative alternatives, he believes in bringing a catalyst perspective to encourage and support everyone in bringing out these qualities for their future success. His values include an open minded, positive, hands-on active participation towards problem solving and believes in doing what works the best for you, outside the box and not necessarily what the book says.
