Research & Development - Pilot Brews

Have you had issues with a certain malt or hop? Or perhaps you just want to change the flavor of your beer a little bit. We can do the test brew for you on our sophisticated 30L brew system. Step infusion or even decoction is possible. Our fermentation system is equipped with automatic temperature controllers to have similar conditions as in production breweries.

If you want, we can help you design a completely new beer from the ingredients you have on hand in your brewery, from you regular suppliers or from totally different sources. We can even suggest ingredients you have not even thought about.

With our reverse osmosis system, we can demineralize our water and then add whatever minerals are in your brew water. That way the conditions for the pilot brew done for you will be duplicating the conditions in your brewery.

Finding and Resolving the Problem

Sometimes it is unfamiliarity, sometimes it is the lack of the right tools or procedures. If your product runs out of the range of your specifications, you want to know. An out of specs product should never reach a customer. Therefore, you need know how to define your specs and how to control them.
